# Como baixar a DARF de multa por atraso no envio da IN1888?

Para gerar as DARFs de multa por atraso nas IN1888 você acessa a sua conta da plataforma, na aba "Painel de Declaração" tabela "Resumo por período". \
Na coluna das IN1888, você vai clicar no botão "BAIXAR ou ENVIADA" em cada uma das IN1888 geradas e vai selecionar a opção "Baixar DARF de multa por atraso no envio da IN1888". \
Na janela que irá abrir, perguntando em qual mês a IN foi enviada para a Receita, você seleciona o mês de envio **(verificar na aba 'Documentos')** para todas elas, para gerar a DARF com a multa correta.

Para os meses de 2024 em diante, após **a** [**Lei 14.754/2023**](https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2023-2026/2023/lei/L14754.htm) **regulamentada pela** [**Instrução Normativa 2180/24**](http://normas.receita.fazenda.gov.br/sijut2consulta/link.action?idAto=136603) **da SRF,** para encontrar a coluna IN1888, altere a visão da plataforma para "Exterior".
