# O que é a IN 2291 / DECRIPTO (nova IN1888)

### 📌 O que é a IN 2291?

É uma norma que atualiza e organiza as regras sobre:

* Obrigação de informar operações com criptoativos
* Responsabilidade de exchanges e intermediários
* Informações que pessoas físicas e jurídicas devem prestar
* Penalidades por omissão ou erro nas informações

### 📅 Qual a data de início da nova regra?

**Art. 18 /** **19**, define as datas de início da IN 2291, e de revogação da IN 1888.

* IN 2291 = A partir de 01/07/2026 (para pessoa física, art. 9)
* IN 1888 = Será revogada em 01/07/2026.&#x20;
