# Como declarar Axie Infinity

Quando você compra um Axie você está adquirindo um direito de token não fungível (NFT), ele possui uma identificação única e será contabilizado no seu patrimônio com o seu custo de aquisição. Quando houver a venda ou a troca por outro criptoativo, iremos calcular se obteve lucro ou prejuízo e, caso haja lucro, iremos calcular o imposto de renda sobre o ganho de capital, conforme a tabela da Receita Federal.\

O SLP e AXS recebidos durante o jogo, serão contabilizados e adicionados ao seu patrimônio com custo de aquisição zero. Quando houver a venda ou a troca por outro criptoativo, será contabilizado o valor total da negociação como lucro e iremos calcular o imposto de renda sobre o ganho de capital, conforme tabela da Receita Federal.
