# Cartão Cripto, é tributado?

Sim — **gastar com cartão cripto é tributado no Brasil.**

A Receita entende que cada vez que você usa o cartão, na prática, ocorre uma **alienação (venda/permuta) de criptomoeda** para gerar reais e pagar o gasto.

#### Como funciona na prática:

* **Momento da tributação:** cada transação com o cartão é considerada uma venda de cripto.
* **Base de cálculo:** diferença entre o valor pelo qual a cripto foi adquirida (custo de aquisição) e o valor que foi convertido para pagar a compra.
* **Alíquota:** mesma regra do ganho de capital com cripto → de **15%.**
* **Isenção:** se o cartão utilizar criptos em autocustódia, ou corretora Nacional, e o total de vendas de cripto no mês (somando cartão e outras operações) for **até R$ 35.000**, o ganho é isento.

👉 Em resumo: **usar cartão cripto = vender cripto**, logo é tributável.
